Since the stores are not open on the weekends, we decided to take advantage and go outdoors. I read that a friend of mine went on a beautiful hike so I added it to my list of things to do. Over Veterans day weekend, the weather was beautiful so we decided to go on a hike. To prepare for journey, we loaded some bags with snacks, filled the water bottles and the kids got sweatshirts and then we set off. Once we started on the hike it was so beautiful to see all of the different colors above us forming a canopy as we walked and explored. Times like these are so much fun to see the children have fun and just explore the world that God created for us.
